Medical Records Requests

Requesting a Copy of Your Radiology Exam

Any images and reports for exams you have had are kept at the facility where the exam was performed. Your medical record is maintained in a strict, confidential manner as required by state and federal laws. We will not release information contained in your medical record without your written authorization or as permitted by law.

You may request a copy of your images and reports by contacting that facility directly. Please see our Locations page for a list of sites where we provide radiology services.
